Hey I’m Iman Welcome to my corner of the internet! I’m a passionate advocate for women’s health and wellness. I’m all about empowering women to take control of their physical, mental and emotional well being. My journey into women’s health began when my own mental, emotional and physical health was deteriorating, in and out of hospital for 5 years only to find out in the end that i needed to make some lifestyle changes. Through my own experiences, I’ve learned the importance of self-love, self-care, and holistic health. Now i want to share it with you. On this site I’ll be sharing health and wellness products, tips, resources, and stories on everything from menstrual health to mindfulness, nutrition, and beyond. My goal is to support you on your own wellness journey. I believe that that every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered.
